New Projects
La Tourelle Ocean View Villas
The Group is undertaking another challenging project in Tamarin, La Tourelle Ocean View Villas under the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS). This project will be developed in phases and the first phase will consist of 25 luxury villas spanning over 8 acres with stunning views over the ocean and surrounding mountains. A Residents’s Club will form part of the estate and will house a lounge and bar, heated swimming pool , a gymnasium and hammam. Residents will also have concierge facilities.
