Group Achievements

 

Sheraton La Tourelle Ocean View Residence

Among the most challenging projects that the Group has undertaken is an RES project, La Tourelle Ocean View Residence, in Tamarin comprising of 40 luxury apartments set out on a magnificent site on the hillside of La Tourelle de Tamarin Mountain. The apartments offer spectacular far reaching views of the ocean, mountain range and colourful neighbourhood. The RES project has been awarded ‘Best Apartment Mauritius’ and ‘Best Apartment Africa’ by the International Property Awards 2011. La Tourelle Ocean View Residence , erected on an estate of 4 acres comprises of a swimming pool, a gym and a hammam for the wellbeing of the residents.

 


Sheraton B&S Tower

B&S Tower is the latest prestigious high rise building of the Group with its 11 levels and total office area of 12,500 m2. The building is situated in prime location in the heart of Ebene Cybercity, with the two landmarks Cyber Towers as immediate neighbours. The building offers state of the art amenities in a pleasant working environment and ample parking facilities.

 


Sheraton Construction of Oil Jetty at Port Louis Harbour

Sheraton Voile D'Or Resort & Spa (5* resort)

The high class hotel was constructed in a record time of 10 months with an impressive quality finish. Though a very fast track project, the hotel was completed with zero-rate accident record.

Sheraton Water Park
The leisure complex, consisting of pools, giant water slides, artificial hills, lazy rivers, shops and office buildings was completed in 9 months. The project, the only one of its sort in Mauritius, involved the mobilisation of more than 200 workers working on a fast-track basis.

Sheraton Bungalows in Flic en Flac & Calodyne
The project consisted of the construction of 90 high class bungalows on two sea-front sites at Flic en Flac & Calodyne. The projects were completed in an overall period of 18 months, inclusive of swimming pools, road infrastructure & all services.

Sheraton University of Mauritius

The project consisted of a 9 storey building, inclusive of an underground parking, a cafeteria, a sports complex, lecture theatres and an overhead pedestrian bridge. The project was completed in 15 months.
